Program Details
- Personalized One-on-One Lessons: Enjoy bespoke sessions with a dedicated coach who analyzes your technique, strength, and strategy. These 60-minute sessions focus on refining your serve, forehand, backhand, and footwork, with progress tracked over time.
- Dynamic Group Clinics: Participate in small-group sessions (capped at 6 players) that foster camaraderie while enhancing skills through drills, match play, and tactical discussions. Held weekly, these clinics cater to all levels and include video analysis for immediate feedback.
- Advanced Workshops: Dive into specialized training with our intensive workshops, covering topics like mental toughness, fitness conditioning, and advanced shot-making. These weekend sessions, led by guest coaches with global experience, are perfect for competitive players.
Coaching Philosophy
Our coaches employ a holistic approach, integrating physical training with mental preparation and nutritional advice. We use cutting-edge tools such as motion-capture technology and real-time performance analytics to provide precise, actionable insights. Sessions are scheduled flexibly, with morning, afternoon, and evening slots available from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM WAT, and limited Sunday options from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM WAT.
